Shipping & Return Policy

SENDING US SAMPLES, DESIGNS, OR MASTERS & MOLDS


You can send the samples of jewelry and gemstones thought EMS or private carrier like Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL express services. Please note that all shipping charge and import duties (if applicable) will be paid you account,


While sending us items please declare no value on the package $0. Goods should be marked as Design Samples. You may put some design ideas, sketches, or pictures in with the package. You should also put a note inside the package which may state simply that these are for samples and that the pieces should be mailed back to you (in order to facilitate in the case we have to retrieve these from customs). In the case of sending us gemstones, packages should marked as rough cutting samples; No commercial Value $0


If you put a value on the package it will go to customs and we will have to get it out which can cost up to 27% or even higher of the estimated value of the package (estimated by customs), so it is not recommended, especially since the goods are for re-export.

  • Please make sure that you pack your items securely. We will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

 

  • Before shipping your samples to us, please send us detailed packing list along with item photos and AWB/ Tracking No. must mailed to us, in case of further clarification or queries, please contact us, we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Shipping

  • FedEx using your account: Our preferred method of shipping is via FedEx using a customer provided account. Via this method you will be billed directly by FedEx for your shipments and will receive a shipping discount directly from FedEx depending on your shipping volume. Under certain circumstances you may be able to negotiate higher parcel insurance rates than the standard as well. If you do not yet have a FedEx account and plan on receiving regular shipments, we suggest that you contact your local FedEx office about setting one up.

  • FedEx using our account: We are willing to ship via our FedEx account; however clients will pay a small surcharge for handling. Clients are also advised they are responsible for all duties and taxes on imports.

  • Insured Shipments: For Shipments over $5,000 USD it is recommended to ship via an insured carrier. If you already have an arrangement with FedEx through your own account, this will usually suffice. If not we recommend to get your shipment insured.


Returns


We are always willing to make reasonable repairs to pieces with any material defect if anything is sent back to us in a timely manner after delivery.
As we are creating custom pieces which by nature we are not allowed to resell, we have a no refund policy.
